Delve into the sublime flavors of our Colombian Supremo Coffee. Originating from the scenic Southeast of Antioquia, Risaralda, and Valle, this specialty Arabica coffee undergoes meticulous processing to ensure superior quality.
Upon arrival at the Santa Teresita mill, each bag is weighed and sampled. Our rigorous quality control includes cupping, analysis, and humidity measurement. Approved coffee is stored in bulk and further refined through several stages—removing foreign bodies, stones, and sand, hulling, and precise grading into up to 7 sizes, including peaberries.
The coffee is carefully separated by gravity and electronic machines before being packed into 70-kilo bags. The result is a coffee with a rich aroma, generous body, and pleasing marked acidity, embodying the excellence of Colombian Supremo.
